Terms and Conditions

A 50 % deposit is required when the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance will be due latest on the day of departure.

Cancellation up to 14 days in advance is free of charge and the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation 7-13 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount, later than 7 days before arrival, the full balance will be due. If the room/apartment can be re-rented, we will refund the full sum.

The following means of payment are accepted: Bank transfer, Twint, Credit Card or cash.

Check-in: from 5 pm. Luggage can also be deposited beforehand by arrangement. As we do not have a reception, please let us know your approximate arrival time.

Check-Out: 12 am

The visitor's tax is CHF 3.25/night per person aged 14 and over and is charged separately. On arrival you will receive the Ticino ticket, which allows you free travel on the entire Ticino railway network, as well as various discounts for museums and cable car rides, etc.

Children up to and including 6 years of age stay free of charge with us. We also have a baby bed, or we can put a small mattress in the room, depending on your needs.

Unfortunately we don’t allow pets to stay in our rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
