Double Room

The 17.5m2 room has a private bathroom with shower and WC. The bed is 160 cm wide. The balcony facing the courtyard is directly accessible from the room and offers a small but nice seating area for an aperitif. A kettle and a selection of teas are available, as well as books to browse and a WLAN for digital entertainment. A fan is available in summer and the room is kept comfortably warm in winter thanks to central pellet heating.

The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor may be used for preparing breakfast and other meals. A lever espresso machine and a Bialetti are available.

Suite

The suite consists of two rooms, connected by a door, and a private bathroom (shower/WC). The bed of the 19m2 bedroom is a Hüslernest and measures 180 cm in width. The second room (18,5m2) is equipped with a variable TojoV bed frame, so we can prepare either a double bed or a single bed. Of course this room can also be a living room where the single bed becomes a daybed/sofa. Holiday Apartment

The flat (approx. 70 m2) consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed. In the second room there is a dining table and a sitting area. On the other side of the room is the possibility to set up one to three additional beds. A swing, a selection of books and a hi-fi music system (record player, CD and a SonosPort for streaming digital music) are waiting to entertain you . The private balcony, accessible from both rooms and overlooking the courtyard and the roofs of Cavigliano, offer various seating options and a small bistro table for aperitifs or small meals.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a hairdryer and Soeder toiletries are available.

The kitchen has two hotplates, a sink and a fridge with freezer compartment. The basic equipment always includes a supply of salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, as well as crockery and cooking utensils. There is a kettle with a selection of teas and a Bialetti coffee maker. The lever espresso machine in the downstairs kitchen may be used at any time.

In summer it can get warm in the flat and there are fans available. Thanks to central pellet heating, the flat is comfortably warm in winter. The flat is cleaned every three days, or more frequently if desired.
